A five-story upscale hotel, HYATT house offers a variety of room types; including King Guest rooms, Queen Double Guest rooms, Studios, one-bedroom Suits and master suites. All guests enjoy our made-to-order omelets breakfast complimented by fresh breakfast accompaniments.

The indoor pool, whirlpool and fitness center will provide relaxation and a healthy lifestyle when traveling. The small plate Tapas menu and full bar welcomes our travelers each evening of their stay serving from 5pm -10pm.  The hotel is located adjacent to King of Prussia Mall, one of the largest malls in the United States.

Pet Policy: HYATT house™ Philadelphia/King of Prussia may charge a non-refundable cleaning fee of $25 per day, not to exceed $200 per stay that will be assessed to the guest. Extended-stay cleaning fee cannot exceed $200 per stay and must be inclusive of all taxes. Pets must not exceed 50 lbs and a must be house broken. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room.
